Shipping

We understand that when you buy a product, you want it quickly so we ensure fast shipping of all Arkin products across Australia from our warehouses in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane.

Return Policy

We are confident you will love your Arkin product, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund within 30 days with no re-stocking fees. You will simply need to return it to our showroom in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide or Brisbane, and once its been checked by our team to make sure its all there and not damaged, you will get a full refund. You’ll be responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided, otherwise we will be happy to arrange a courier to return it for you with those costs deducted from your refund amount.

Cancellations

There are no cancellation fees for items cancelled before shipment. If the item has already shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.

Does Arkin ship internationally?

Arkin only distributes within Australia. If you would like any of our products outside of Australia please contact 1300 089 967.

Will the Arkin Adroit be tall enough for me?

The lowest the desk top sits is 680mm; the highest is 1330mm. You are able to program in 3 height settings between these measurements.

Does Arkin offer any group discounts?

Does Arkin offer a pick-up service?

Yes, you can pick up any Arkin products from our Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide or Brisbane warehouse between standard business hours of 8:15 – 5:15 Monday to Friday.
